As the urban land property is not enough and parking problem is becoming more and more severe,stereo garage is an effective way to relieve the problem.Stereo garage covers less area and shows higher space utilization.However,the current stereo garages were planned unreasonably,some of them are operating with low utilization rate and efficiency.So it's important to make the plan reasonable and optimize the access speed.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of different kinds of stereo garage,selected the stacker stereo garage as the research object.Firstly,the paper studies the docking process of the garage on the micro level.Research shows that queuing process is divided into two stages:waiting for the parking position and waiting for the stocker.Then analyze and summarize the various factors influencing the vertical scale.Secondly,through analyzing the survey data,it found that the arrival distribution of vehicles is Poisson distribution,and the distribution of vehicle parking duration belongs to Irish distribution.On the basis of the above analysis,a stereo garage scale model is established based on the theory of queuing theory.The reasonable parking garage number is determined according to the rejection probability of the vehicle under the equilibrium condition,and a stereo garage scale model is established considering the cost.Then in the case of a determined garage scale,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the scale of the stereo garage access,and to establish a reference to the tendency selectivity coefficient by the number of stacker models,and establish a model which consider the different customers' tolerance.Through calculating and analyzing by selecting the number of different stackers and the different configuration speeds,the vehicle access speed of the three-dimensional garage is optimized.Finally,we select the example of Foshan Creative Industry Park to carry on the simulation analysis and verification.First of all,the paper analyzes the basic parking conditions of the park,and then analyzes the basic characteristics of parking the according to the research data.According to the model established above,the basic parking spaces and entrances and exits are obtained.The VISSIM simulation model is established.The validity of the model is verified by comparing the results of the model and calculation.
