Nowadays, issues of energy and environment have been paid more and more attentions, power by fossil fuel vehicles are the main factors influencing the energy and environment. Therefore, as clean vehicles will be large-scale application in the near future,as an import service facilities for electric vehicles, charging station certainly should be imperative. There are many factors that affect the construction of charging stations, mainly includes two aspects of urban distribution network and urban transportation network.First of all,on the basis of the method and experience of site selection for gas station, according to the traffic network topology, based on the business district theory, the index system and analysis model of charging station site selection are constructed, the planning is divided into three ring area, including the central business, the second ring and third ring.Through the analysis of AHP to makes analysis of charging station planning problem.Secondly, analysis and research on typical nodes access charging load on the influence of the distribution network.Plenty of calculations are carried out on the distribution network, and power flow calculations realize by back/forward sweep method, and emphatically analyses network loss and node voltage offset after the charging stations connected to the distribution network. At last, based on the candidate location, considering the influence of charging station construction in two aspects of traffic network and distribution network, with the dual attributes of charging stations as ordinary electric facilities and public service facilities of urban traffics taken into account.Multiobjective optimization model is established, using AHP to transform the multiobjective programming model into the single objective programming model. An immune optimization algorithm is used to solve the single objective optimization model.
