| Recently, the storage-transportation-launch rockets have become the mainstream of modern rocket weapons, the front cover of storage and transport launch container is crashed by the rocket directly, but it can’t infect the fuse and it does not happen the situation that the rocket does not launch and the cover is not crashed. So it is important to test the force of the front cover crashed for the design of cover. This paper specifically designs a test system for the force of the front cover crashed.This paper introduces the technology of the front cover of storage and transport launch container and how to test the force of front cover at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of force of the front cover crashed, this paper design the sensor base on the PVDF piezoelectric film material, describes the production process of sensor and calibrate the sensor. Then software and hardware of the test system are designed, the hardware design includes signal conditioning circuits, microcontroller selection and peripheral circuits, A/D conversion, SD card storage, serial communications, in the paper, signal conditioning circuits consist of the integrated chip AD745, LMF90, MAX7410 and uses STM32F103 as its control chip and PCF8591 as its digital to analog converter, to achieve the functions of signal acquisition, amplification, filtering, analog to digital conversion and transmission. This paper uses C language, and LabVIEW as a software development platform for the next-bit machine and the host computer, to achieve the functions of data processing and transmission.Finally, the test system has been verified by simulation experiment, The result of experiment proves that the design test system for the force of the front cover crashed can be viable in the practical launching experiment. |
