| Combining with the horizontal project undertaken by my university-"research and planning of intelligent manufacturing production line of GK series permanent magnet motor-automatic production line for processing front cover of motor".The research contents include:design and optimization of mechanical processing technology for motor front cover,calculation of processing time,selection of processing equipment,master plan of automatic line,layout of automatic line,research on grasping unit of manipulator,electrical control of upper computer.The main contents of this paper include: 1.According to the specific circumstances and requirements of Wuhan Golden Age Motor Technology Co.,Ltd.,make a rational analysis on the technological process of the automatic production line and complete the overall planning and layout of production line.On this basis,the Petri net model of the process flow of production line is established,through the mathematical method,the column matrix equation is solved,and it analyzes the feasibility of production line project.2.A scheme of grasping and releasing the blank of front cover of motor by manipulator is proposed and identifies the appropriate processing equipment,testing equipment and mechanical hand according to the requirements of the production line.And complete the research on the robot gripper.Put forward a new mechanical hand gripper with two three claw type pneumatic gripper connected by a flange,the conversion beam is connected to the six axes of the robot.,the six axis rotate 180 DEG and exchange the position of two gripper(work-piece),greatly improve the efficiency of crawling.3.Based on the analysis of the control requirements,the total control PLC is proposed to control the operation of the equipment,and realize the automatic production of the production line.On the basis of the production line process,design the program for PLC and gives the selection of PLC,I/O distribution table,and completed the design of the ladder diagram. |
