With the continuous consumption of natural resources and the increasing amount of global car ownership which has to making the energy and environmental issues become increasingly prominent. Electric vehicle is a new energy and environmental protection cleaning products. According to the requirements of national 2016-2020 electric vehicle development planning which will overall construct the new energy vehicles supporting infrastructure that charging pile is one of the necessary infrastructure. Therefore, in order to reduce the cost of charging pile, this paper designed a scheme with AC-charging pile of electric vehicle based on Embedded technology.Based on the status of the existing AC charging pile in the domestic market, the vehicle with the charging pile can only use one to one. In order to increase the performance of charging pile, reduce the area and reduce the construction cost of the charging station, this paper mainly studies the design of a dual interface AC charging. Design goal is to achieve a simple structure, complete function, low cost dual AC charging piles, the function can realize convenient man-machine interactive operation, GPRS wireless data transmission, IC card encryption authentication information and self-help charging logic processing and other functions.According to the latest standards of China, the design of charging interface and information transmission interface is carried out. Also designed the electrical part and control part of the hardware, as well as the overall software design. Using STM32 microprocessor to designed, embedded uc/osâ…¢ system, using multi-task operation mode. The electric energy metering is carried out by the intelligent electric meter, and the data is processed by the IC card reading and writing card module. The design and composition of the control system are described in detail in the paper, which is realization of each function.Finally, the function of each module is tested, the charging pile is debugged and tested, the measured voltage and electric quantity of the whole machine are tested, and the electrical protection and EMC test of the whole system are carried out. After the above test results show that the charging pile performance fully meet the design requirements.
