With the development of economy, the number of vehicles has been increased. Vehicle exhaust, smog and other air pollution problems has caused the ensuing attention. Various countries of the world have accelerated the development of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure construction. Electric vehicle charging facilities is a necessary condition for the promotion of electric vehicles. One kind of distributed AC charging control and management system of this research is designed to solve this problem.The entire system is divided into two parts: charging pile control systems and management center. The system based on STM32, using smart meters make energy metering, RFID as a trading settlement, GPRS as a system communication, AC contactor for charge control. With human-computer interaction and control guide module complete the design of control system hardware. μC/OS-II real-time operating system ware transplanted for the software design of charging pile control system. Designed and analysis the software program flow chart, based on the hardware circuit of the main function modules in operating system. Then control system software design was completed.Java server software, charging pile monitoring software, Charging pile database software and APP for Android phone are designed and developed based on he functional structure of the management center. Then systems management center design was completed.Three innovations of this thesis list below: research and design a complete communications protocol including data frame and communication flow chart; Two points for refining TEA encryption algorithm, translate TEA from EBC to CBC model; Develop Java server software and APP for Android telephone.
