The charging pile of the Electric Vehicle plays an important role in getting mass adoption of the Electric Vehicle. Because the charging post is widely distributed around the city, the charging pile is able to communicate with remote host, thereby the remote host can easily control.Hundreds or thousands of charging piles, at the same time, the charging piles should be easy to install and layout to lay a solid foundation in the promotion of electric vehicles. Fortunately,the development of modern computer technology,communication technology,control technology and information management technology development just provide us a effective way to solve this problem,and it realizes computer centralized monitoring,control and management for charging post.The paper puts forward a solution based on GPRS wireless communication for Electric Vehicle charging pile. The system consists three parts of charging pile terminal hardware system, communication network, monitoring and control system of,the system can realize the upper machine through GPRS network monitoring system of electric vehicle charging pile of remote monitoring.The main content of dissertation is as follows:1. Comparison of the existing the charging pile of electric vehicles is implemented, designed the electric vehicles charging pile design scheme based on GPRS network.2. Charging pile hardware circuit is designed. Charging pile terminal hardware circuit by the ARM kernel controller, GPRS wireless communication module, RFID radio frequency identification module, power metering charging module, control module.3. PC monitoring system USES kingview6.55, VB6.0by use of the interface display, remote control.4. This paper expounds the μC/OS-II characteristics of real-time operating system, task switching mechanism and process on the ARM controller STM32F103VET6transplants.5. Implement the GPRS module and PC monitoring system of the "heart" of software programming, ensure the reliability of the communication charging pile end and the upper machine.
