Study On The Interior Design Of Day Care Center Based On Community Old - Age Model

The aging of the world population is a trend of global development, China has gradually entered the aging society. Along with the growing problem of aging, based on the trend of the development of the aging of our country, there is a growing population of old people, the population is too large, the old man is more and more, China’s overall presents a "not rich first old" state. Followed by China’s urban elderly pension service is also facing a huge challenge. Therefore, we must find a suitable for China’s national conditions of the pension services, to improve the existing pension problems, in order to actively respond to the challenges of the aging of our country now.In this paper, the first chapter first elaborated the reason, aim and significance of the research, and then introduces the domestic and foreign relevant research dynamic, this chapter proposed the core concepts of the research topic, to the climatology of knowledge as the main line, to research and design the scheme. In the second chapter, the paper mainly discusses the community endowment, and expounds the related concepts of the new pension mode of the community. In the third chapter, the concept of the community elderly day care center and its development trend are discussed. Secondly, the author has visited the four communities in Shanghai, the elderly day care center, to investigate the status quo. and analyze their advantages and disadvantages. The fourth chapter is mainly through the climatology of solar light shadow, temperature and humidity of the analysis, in the different periods of four seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter, to partition the space function of the program, analysis of the elderly the most comfortable area and not suitable for the elderly activities in the region. Finally, spring space model to make specific design.In this paper, the research of the community elderly day care center in the natural environment, the elderly psychological, physiological and behavioral patterns, based on the four seasons of spring and autumn, the different light shadow analysis, different average temperatures and different average humidity, analysis of the four seasons of spring and summer for the elderly and the rest of the space model. In the end, the spring space model is designed to make a detailed design for the community elderly day care center.
