| In recent years,China actively promote the concept of "community care",put forward "establish and perfect based home care,community service and institution support supplementary service system",.Community elderly day care center is the home care model,the most important pension facilities at the community level.The degree of aging in Chongqing ranks first in the country,but a large number of vacant houses and low utilization rate have appeared in such facilities,and the pension problem for the elderly is urgently to be solved.This study hopes to improve the main city of Chongqing at this stage of the form of such facilities to meet the needs of the elderly pension,anti-aging.At the same time to achieve the following purposes: 1)Based on the field investigation,to understand the current situation of the construction of community care center for the elderly in the main urban area of Chongqing.2)To investigate and analyze the impact of the demand for home care,to understand the differences in the needs of the elderly at the community level,and to improve the service of the elderly day care center and the environment.3)Related topics about community elderly day care center planning,function,scale,research and literature based on the summary,meet the space configuration recommendations the elderly pension demand differences,additional recommendations as relevant norms.The full text is divided into three parts:The two chapter summarizes and analyzes community elderly day care center’s development background,the elderly living day care concept,differentiation theory,the elderly pension demand in the home care mode,old building renovation theory,determine that the study area is the main city of Chongqing,the main research methods are field survey and questionnaire survey.The third and the four chapter describe the investigation process and analyze the results.The investigation process is divided into two stages: the first stage of investigation of community elderly day care center,as the sample selected 19 community day care center in Chongqing City,investigation of outdoor environment,functional space,equipment and usage;The second stage of the questionnaire survey,including the basic attributes of the elderly community and home care services for the elderly,health services,indoor leisure space outdoor leisure space In selected services home care for the elderly as the object,each facility collected 10 samples,including 5 service small number of facilities were collected in 140 samples;the third phase of the elements.According to the theory of social stratification,the income of the elderly in each community in the sample for statistical comparison,found the existence of stratification,and the basis of income into high income community,middle income and low income community community..From above,according to the different income levels of the community,the needs of home care services vary,summarizes the characteristics and differences of the needs of the aged service at the community level,and provides the basis for the allocation of the function of the community day care center.The fifth chapter further studies the spatial allocation of community day care center for the elderly.From three aspects of function composition,function configuration,weight and area proportion.In terms of functional components: ○1 According to the composition of the elderly population and the investigation of the facts,the elderly will be taken into care of the elderly community day care center.○2 Based on the functional composition of the collation and research status,combined with the adjustment of facilities service objects,the updated function list of community elderly care center was put forward.In terms of function allocation weight: according to the questionnaire survey of the demand for different services in high and low income communities,the updated functional configuration items are expressed in the form of stars to indicate the functional requirements of each functional space.In the aspect of area proportion: 1,the author tries to refer to the different proportion of service people,and gives the reference value of the spatial proportion of each function space in Chongqing.It is suggested that the area ratio should be adjusted relative to the national standard.2,the high,medium and low income community elderly pension service average demand sorted,according to different levels of the elderly itself demand for three services,put forward in new or existing facilities is the transformation,to meet the basic needs of the elderly,has been focused on the area ratio in all work on.In the aspect of area ratio: ○1.The author tries to give the reference value of the spatial proportion of each function according to the different proportion of the service people,and suggests that the area ratio should be adjusted to the national standard of Chongqing.○2 The author ranked the average of the average pension service needs among the elderly,middle,and low-income communities.According to the needs of the three services of the elderly in different levels,it is proposed that when the facilities are newly built or transformed,the proportion of each functional item should be emphasized on the basis of satisfying the basic needs of the elderly. |
