With the continuous progress of the society, people start to pay more attention to their health. The doctor can tell whether the patient is sick according to the content of various cells in the blood, so the examination of blood is becoming one of the most common methods to judge whether most diseases are exist. It is important to accurately measure the content of various cells in the blood. The blood analyzer is one of the most commonly instrument to measure the cell concentration and the test results can be used as the basis for judging the type of disease. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a high precision test instrument. The system uses the principle of Kurt and the constant current source is benchmark. Cells go through the gem hole to produce a pulse signal. The main control board acquires the signal and does some analyses to obtain the results. The main board’s control core is the microprocessor STM32F207,it uses the USB or serial port to realize the man-machine interaction and data transmission. Also, the main board uses the CAN bus to communicates with the motor control board, the valve control board and the temperature control board. The system uses real-time operating system RT-Thread to improve the detection efficiency. The cell signal is tiny and its measurement is easy to be interfered by the outside interference. The power supply makes a great difference on the measurement system,so the power supply module of this system adopts a new design, which can solve the problems of power interference to the measurement. Signal measurement includes the interference and error, so the system uses compensation algorithm to reduce the measurement error and fits a curve to obtain best counting result. Finally, blood samples are detected and the test results are compared with standard values. The results are in accordance with the design requirements in accuracy and repeatability.
