Gel blood test card with its advanced principle,simple detection means,rapid detection process and objective test results,has been widely used in the United States and Europe,the technology in China has also been considerable development.Domestic production is mostly artificial filling,low productivity and low degree of automation;technical using separate filling the fluid and glass beads,complicated process and poor performance.while few companies to production equipment and large area devices,noise,not suitable for the production of domestic companies.Therefore,design and development of a suitable local production of blood test card production equipment is necessary.In view of the above situation,combining advanced technology from abroad and the actual filling demand,developed a gel blood test card filling system based on PLC.The filling machine can achieve sending cards,gel filling and sealing.The equipment uses PLC control technology,human-computer interaction technology,the stepping motor control technology,sensor technology,electronics technology,so as to intelligently and effectively achieve the automatic filling and sealing of gel blood test card.Firstly,research and design of system for gel blood test card filling,the reasonable filling system is designed.Secondly,According to the theory,the paper is designed filling system mechanical structure.Then,according to the process requirements of the filling machine,determining the selection of PLC and other main components,assigning I/O pins,and determining the distribution and wiring.Finally,PLC-based controller combined with the ladder language for software programming.Meanwhile,HMI is designed through touch screen,and the controller communicate it with RS-232,so that the filling process become controllable,intuitive and convenient.Taking environmental interference,strong electrical interference and electromagnetic interference into consideration,the thesis puts forward to Anti-interference measures in hardware and software to ensure the long-term stability of the system.Through the experimens,the system has a high degree of automation,the equipment is simple and efficient,greatly improved the production rate,in addition to the process is stable,and it can meet the needs of the design of the enterprise.It has a wide application prospect in the field of blood test card filling production technology.
