When the rocket shell launches, the pressure and stress will be produced on the launching system cover by the combustible airflow from solid propulsor jetting make the launching system vibrate as well. These factors have an effect on the structure and performance of the launcher vehicle, they also exacerbate rocket shell’s initial disturbance. Measuring these parameters makes a significant point on the quantitative study of the air flow which acts on the launching system. The main work of this paper is to design a dedicated tester which is used to measure parameters such as pressure, stress and acceleration acting on the launch vehicle produced by the combustible airflow.The paper first introduces the influences on the launching system by the airflow of solid propulsor, the present study of these influences from the domestic and overseas scholars about the development of this test system.Then, it introduces the technical index of the tester as well as the selection of design scheme and the overall structure. Choosing the design of hardware and software combination can make the design flexible and assist each other. In this way, it can achieve the aim to simplify the overall structure, and be applied flexibly.Following, it introduces the hardware and software design in detail. Based on the different function of each circuit, the hardware circuit can be divided into several parts, such as amplifier circuit, filter circuit, zero-module circuit, and trigger circuit etc.. According to the overall design layout all parts can be integrated together to generate a functional maturation hardware circuit. The software program is composed of upper computer testing system and the control software of single chip processor system, its primary function is to cooperate with the hardware circuit to accomplish the test task together, and process the gathered data.Finally, it presents a set of comparative experiments to verify the function of the tester. Through comparative analysis of the experimental data, we can find that the tester has reached the design requirement and can be applied to practical measurement.
