| With the rapid technological progress of global economy today, global wanning and the deterioration of the living environment is one of the biggest challenges faced by human society, low-carbon economy has become the consensus of the community, it brings a big change of energy systems, structure and operational characteristics of power grids. How to achieve a low-carbon economy under the conditions of the smart grid attracts more and more attention. Power integrated resource planning for the implementation of smart grid will play a pivotal role. Papers on the basis of theoretical research of integrated resource planning, do research of the future power resources of the integrated resource planning based on a low-carbon economy. This paper takes Huai’an City for example predict Huai’an electricity demand on the basis of Huai’an economic development and present situation of grid; Based on supply-side and demand-side Huai’an situation, discusses the supply side of the supply of resources, resource management programs and the implementation of demand-side measures, and optimize combination of resources of supply-side and demand-side, explore the establishment of a low-carbon economy mode smart grid optimal combination of integrated resource planning model.The analysis of existing problems of power supply structure, the development direction of power supply in Huai’an area of low carbon economic environment, some useful measures for power planning in Huai’an area is put forward. |
