Research On Design And Implementation Path Of The New Highway Traffic Mode Under Low Carbon Economy

With the growing global population and economic scale, the relationship between energy and environment are constantly being recognized by people. Low-carbon development has gradually become the topic of various fields, but also the focus of a new round of the world. In recent years, due to the continuous improvement of people's income, the rapid development of the automotive industry and logistics transportation, a large number of cars have entered ordinary families, but the urban environment problems caused by the carbon emissions are becoming increasingly serious. It has become a hot research in the industry on how to implement the concept of low-carbon transport and cut the carbon emissions. In addition, traffic jams has become more and more serious in recent years, and it is difficult to solve this problem in humans. Therefore, it is urgent to ease the traffic pressure and develop the low-carbon transportation system.In this paper, we take the low-carbon model of economic development as the background. Firstly, this paper has discussed the related theory of low-carbon transportation, including the highway transportation economy theory, low carbon road transportation theory and the characteristics and influencing factors. Secondly, the paper has also analyzed the current situation and problems in the development of low carbon transportation in our country. Thirdly, on the basis of studying and learning the experience of the typical countries and cities, the article has combined with the concrete practice of our country, and put forward the modern low-carbon transport development mode that “carry forward the advantage, multimode complementary” from global traffic patterns. And then in order to improve the low carbon of car traffic in the throttling direction, the article proposes the train of thought what is three sections design of "the new highway traffic pattern" from the perspective of urban planning, then carried on the feasible analys is.
