Solar tracking control system has been widely used in the field of solar photovoltaic power generation, in order to prevent wind damage to the tracking control system structure, we should use a kind of effective and stable wind speed and direction measurement system to monitor and control the solar tracking system. Common wind cup type anemometer or ultrasonic anemometer, will have disadvantages in measuring wind speed and direction is not stable, easy to aging, frequent problems such as maintenance, with pressure sensor measuring wind speed and direction, good real-time, high sensitivity, no mechanical structure, long service life, high stability, solar tracking system to monitor and control are a good choice. The wind will produce stress when blowing the surface of obstacles, when used in open area as far as possible little wind deflector can overcome the air on the back of the vortex, through high precision pressure sensor to collect the slight variation in pressure on the wind deflector value, through the relationship between pressure and wind speed and direction to determine the actual value of wind speed and direction.This paper designed a system that using common full bridge pressure sensors to measure wind speed and direction,STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is used for the core control chip,selecting the appropriate wind board,four pressure sensors are located in the East, West, South, North four different directions to measure wind blowing from different directions,the relationships between the wind pressure and wind speed determination,the relationships between the wind direction and the two adjacent windshield pressure,two relationship can be measured. The theoretical relationship had been typed into the singlechip control program,through the pressure sensor data collection, A/D conversion, single-chip processing, LCD display output and SD card storage, and eventually realize the measurement of wind speed and wind direction.This paper has also designed a solar power system, air temperature and humidity measurement module, electronic compass module, time and calendar module and tact switch Changing the screen function. The control circuit board is used by hand plate, contrastive experiment is used for the system and the common wind cup type anemometer, through the analysis of experimental data, the measuring system is of high sensitivity, corresponding fast, high precision, long service life, low cost, so the use of wind instrument can replace the ordinary. Through the analysis of experimental data, we also found the wind cup type structure exist inertial mass of wind speed and direction instrument, its wind speed measurements lagging behind pressure type wind speed measurements, and the strong blast can’t instant on wind cup, leading to real-time wind speed measurement is not allowed. When measuring tiny air, due to the friction between the wind cup and cup rotor, tiny wind could not make the wind turn the cup, measuring wind speed is nearly zero which is not so accuracy and the wind pressure type measurement can well show the changes under light wind conditions, with pressure measured wind direction Angle is disorder, disorder and direction is consistent with each other, and the wind speed and direction the wind cup type instrument response to the speed wind speed and direction measurement system response which is fast, no pressure type two kinds of method to measure the wind to roughly similar.Measuring system using pressure sensor measuring the wind pressure of the wind deflector indirect wind speed, perception and using of four wind deflector pressure value to determine the relationship between the size of the wind direction, the application of electronic compass compass to fixed installation, using solar panels to power supply system, is the innovation of this article.
