Wind energy is one of the most potential renewable energy sources,plays an important role in agricultural development.As a low-carbon and clean renewable resource,wind power generation can provide clean energy,improve energy supply,and drive rural economic development,increase farmers’ income,increase employment opportunities,and promote the upgrading and transformation of rural industries.Wind power generation has become an important choice in agricultural development,which is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and ecological protection.With the increasing development of science and technology,the world energy crisis is becoming more and more serious,and the global awareness of environmental protection is gradually strengthening,sustainable energy has become the main direction of future economic development energy consumption,because wind energy has the advantages of renewable,non-polluting and large content,the use of wind power generation has gradually become an important part of the world’s research to improve the level of rural energy supply.Based on the trend of wind energy development,this thesis combines the relevant work experience,mainly on the domestic wind turbine power generation tower tilt fault detection development status to briefly analyze,design a microcontroller-based wind turbine tower tilt monitoring device,and its future development trend of prospects,the main work is as follows:(1)Angle acquisition system is composed of STM32 single-chip computer and ADXL345 three-axis accelerometer module,and SX1278 remote wireless transmission module is used to realize data transmission function of wind turbine tower tilt monitoring system.(2)Applying the Io T technology to the wind turbine tower tilt monitoring application,Lo Ra wireless technology was used to solve the problem that traditional wireless technology cannot simultaneously take into account the lack of distance,immunity and power consumption in the work of wind turbine tower tilt monitoring using micro control chip.(3)The data transmission system based on Lo Ra wireless technology combined with Wi Fi module connected to the network and uploads data to the remote terminal through Wi Fi module.The terminal GUI was equipped with functions such as tower tilt curve and sensing status monitoring,and realizes remote real-time monitoring of wind turbine tower tilt monitoring system in accordance with real-time curve changes and historical data analysis.The wireless transmission technology adopted by the tilt monitoring device of the wind turbine tower in this thesis has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,long transmission distance and low power consumption.Combined with the device placement method specified for the structure of the wind turbine tower barrel,the angle information of the wind turbine tower on different horizontal lines can be effectively transmitted to the cloud server to realize the monitoring function.This monitoring method can provide some reference for the development of wind turbine fault monitoring tower tilt. |
