Earth moving machinery market in China has become the most dynamic in the world earth moving machinery market.But traditional excavator is a kind of engineering machinery that is used widely, but the traditional hydraulic excavator is very poor in fuel consumption, emission and pollution problem.To solve these problems, this paper proposed a kind of load isolation type hybrid hydraulic excavator, and then analysised the hydraulic system and power transmission system of the load isolation type hybrid excavator.The specific contents are as follows:Introduced the history,development status and development trend of hybrid excavator, and analysised the current situation and existing problems of traditional excavator, then illustrated the importance and necessity of the research for load isolation type hybrid excavator.According to the principle and structure of the bidirectional variable plunger pump,established the simulation model of the plunger pump.Mainly introduced the purpose and working principle of the new type of electric hydraulic coupler, and established the AMESim simulation model.Refering to the actuator of the HW130-8 excavator, established in the AMESim simulation model and the dynamic model of the actuator.Made a introduce of the power transmission system of the plug-in petrol-electric hybrid hydraulic excavator, using the directional control valve and the accumulator to realize the isolation between engine and load.The engine drived hydraulic system, battery/rotary engines actuated the driving and walking mechanisms.Then respectively made a theoretical analysis of the engine, permanent magnet synchronous motor and battery, and established the simulation models of engine and motor.Introduced the control strategies of hybrid excavator,and respectively set up the simulation models of hydraulic system and control strategy system of the hybrid excavator using the AMESim and Simulink software.Then made a joint simulation analysis in the cycle of excavator working conditions,the simulation results that load isolation type hybrid excavator can save about 11.7% of the fuel consumption, and provided a reference for the future improvement and research of the petrol-electric hybrid excavator.
