Highway Closed-circuit Monitoring System Based On Internet

With the development of china economic reform , the construction of highway has made great progress. Traditional monitoring teclmique can抰 satisfy the new application demands in highway environment. So, it is very important to design proper monitoring system for highway environment to ensure the high-quality work of highway. As a new generation of monitoring system , Highway Monitoring System Based on Internet, replaces the traditional nearly mechanic handling mode. Through Internet network, you can control all the monitoring devices distributed over large range. In the monitoring centre, you can know the process of highway stations, realizing the real-time and flexibility of monitoring remotely. In this paper, we complete some reseach as follows: Firstly, we lay out the hardware plan of Highway Monitoring System Based on Internet, which includes four sub-systems: video signal, optical fiber, communication network, control signal. Using Internet and optical fiber technique, all the monitoring devices are integrated. Secondly, we make the requirement analysis about the administration of highway environment, local and remote communication, monitoring handles. Then we determine the software design of the monitoring system, such as function modules and database stnicture. Finally, we give the software realization of the monitoring system, such as client--- server port communication, monitoring computer -?cctv control matrix communcatiort, converting locally or remotely, modifying locally or remotely, presetting and so on.
