Studies And Development Of Vertical Vibration Mill's Cad System

Vibration mill is a kind of effective equipment for fine and ultrafine milling. It makes theprocessed material rupture, smash, abrase, mill and mix, using the theory of mechanicalvibration, by milling medium imposing strong impact, friction and cut to the material.The excitation rotating shaft and the annular cylinder chamber of Vertical vibration mill arevertically arranged to the horizontal plane.Vertical vibration mill's vibrating in three dimensionmakes the power distributing of the medium more symmetrical, improves the use ofpower, advances the milling efficiency. Vertical vibration mill has the advantages of highefficiency,saving power, small pollution, Jow noises, sufficient smash, symmetricalgranularity,small abrasion of scaleboard and medium on stream. Vertical vibration mill is widelyapplied to in various material processing industry.In this paper, the design principle,design traits and design methods of vibrationmill as technologic equipment and non-standard equipment are discussed, four kind of designmethods of vertical vibration mill are posed, parameter's traits and their relations of verticalvibration mill are analyzed. According to the idea and theory of parametric design,by using parametric technology,thedesign and drawing of vertical vibration mill are achieved, a vertical vibration mill with 30 litreis made, the CAD design system of vertical vibration mill is developed.By utilizing ActiveX Automation technology and the idea of parametric drawing,automatic drawing of some parts in CAD system of vertical vibration mill are achieved.The technology of data processing and data management in the CAD system is studied andthe theory and the methods of accessing database is analyzed. Database management systemfulfilling design needs of vertical vibration mill is developed.
