Ultra-fine particle is applied in different fields .It is important in the development of the electronics. This thesis analyses the essential theories, basic method, and basic skills of VPT(Virtual Prototype Technology), and researches how to apply the VPT skill into the products design and test simulation with the help of the ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System) which is a large-scale virtual product software. It also researches how to use the theory and skill of VPT in the specific design through building the 3-dimensional model of the vibration mill's complete machine and single particle in ADAMS by using the horizontal vibration mill (calling vibration mill below) as the example.This thesis firstly puts forward three valued targets which assess the force of the particle by making use of the parameter skill into deep research and analyze the major parameters of the vibration mill, such as the machine dynamical parameters, structure parameters, and the particle parameters. It researches each of the parameters' affection to three valued targets, and gets the relations between them. It also provides the newest achievement about the study of the vibration mill, which establishes the theory foundation of the researching the dynamical theory of the vibration mill. With the simulating and analytic skill, this thesis deeply researches the machine moving, particle moving, particle forced and so on. So it clearly expounds the kinematics and dynamics traits of the container and particle, which provides the optimization and relationship of the parameters for a series of products.The analysis skill and the conclusion, especially the particle collision model and simulate results, are import reference for the method of material shatter and the design of the collided shatter machine. It is also a useful reference method for the related subjects.
