Boiler On-line Lifetime Consumption Monitoring And Management System Based On DCS

AbstractFatigue and creep are major factors which affect boiler pressured parts life. In existed lifetime management devices,they all manage for a single pressure part.In this new system,a new thought is used.It is the thermal model based on transfer function for thermal stress of inner and outer wall .After using the new method,we may construct on-line lifetime montoring system based on DCS.This system can not only do online stress-analysis, but also track startup and shutdown process.Operotor may modify startup and shutdown tracking curve continually through comparing the standard curve.Useing this method,operator can make the lifetime consumption of all boiler pressured parts at minimum.Another advertage is that the sytem may record many useable date during the operation of boiler.It is beneficial for power plant to strength management and normalization.Li XiangLiang(power plant Thermal power engineering)Directed by Vice-Prof. Liu Tong...
