The software comprises spot-time watching module and decision-aid module for spot-time dispatching schedule. The first part provides enough system information to meet the need of power system watching for system operators. The other part is to set down spot-time dispatching plan of next deal-period by compound-sequence algorithm, to meet the need of systemic economic and secure goals, and with manifold optimized regulating schemes.
