With the appearance of the global market competition, the enterprisesconfront more and more pressure. In the shortest period and the less cost, it isan important condition that the enterprises make the better productions whichrelate its exist and development. Globe, network and virtual are importantcharacters of the manufacturing industries, so the achievement of virtualdesign (VD) is also a major content.The contents of the paper are as follow, VD is systematically studied andthe procedure of VD is put forward. In according to the VD's procedure, thetesting table is designed in the Nanning Motor Factory The VD's procedure isdrawing model, FEM analysis and drawing blueprints. Whether the testingtable reaches the standards or not, with the help of the factory the prototype ismade and is tested in site. Through testing and data's analysis, the testing tablecan reach the standards.Main features of the paper are as follow,1. The method of VD is studied in the theory and the VD's procedure isput forward.2. Theory combines with practice and tested by practice. In according tothe VD's procedure, the testing table is virtual designed. Through it canreduce the shorter time of design and developing new productions withthe method of VD method than with the method of traditional design.3. VD is not omnipotent. It not only need the methodological guidance, butalso depends on various kinds of specialistic theories and skills, and evendepends on the designer's experience. Becausc VD is after all a designingmethod, its effect is brought about.4. The use of ANSYS is studied. Utilizing the method of transient can solvethe harmonic problem which include the features of contact. This is a new attempt. The understanding of using ANSYS is arranged, and it canbe experience of ANSYS's user.
