With the electricity supply being more and more stable,the national economy developed rapidly,and the safe operation of power system is closely related to national security and social stability.The impact of power equipment outages caused by faults or overhauls on production and life is enormous,and the need to increase availability under the premise of meeting the normal operation requirements of equipment is becoming more and more urgent.With the improvement of the level of power equipment manufacturing and the increase in the number of power equipment,the management and maintenance of power equipment has gradually shifted from a time-based preventive maintenance to a more targeted state maintenance mode.Determining the state of the high-voltage equipment is the core and foundation of the implementation of the state maintenance.The equipment operation risk assessment also needs to be based on the understanding of the equipment status.At present,the testing technology for the single feature quantity of high-voltage equipment is mature and reliable,but the detection device has a single function and lacks the integration of the detection device,which often requires carrying more than ten kinds of detection devices in the field test.However,the existing integrated detection and test device has relatively simple functions and electromagnetic interference problems,which affects accuracy and cannot make accurate judgments.Therefore,this paper focuses on the hardware and software integration design and electromagnetic anti-interference measures of the portable integrated test device,and designs the portable high-voltage electrical equipment integration test device in detail.Firstly,the principles of seven high-voltage electrical equipment detection technologies such as zinc oxide arrester live test,transmission line parameter test,dielectric loss test,DC resistance test,transformer loss parameter test,transformer capacity analysis and transformer short-circuit impedance test are analyzed in this paper.In this regard,in the hardware aspect,the single test equipment is functionally modularized,the overall design scheme of the portable integrated test device is proposed,and the hardware facilities such as the sensor circuit,the signal conditioning circuit and the power module are designed in detail.Secondly,due to the different DC and high and low voltage environments in which different test modules are located,there are electromagnetic interference problems.Explore the main sources of electromagnetic interference and the degree of interference by qualitative and quantitative analysis of device interference conditions.Through in-depth study of the interference suppression method filtering technology and shielding technology,the detailed design of the device is carried out from the aspects of conduction anti-interference and radiation anti-interference,and the feasibility is verified.Finally,the software master plan and implementation route of the test device were specifically formulated.Emphasis is placed on the design of operational logic,digital signal processing,data acquisition procedures,and human interface software.The data processing design of the main page of the database management system and the management system is implemented,the database is established,and data compression and efficient analysis and management are completed.
