Case-Based Reasoning's Taking-Apart Craft Of Internal Combustion Locomotive

The case-based reasoning method of is a new ihcory with promising application prospect and is widely used in every field . It's a summarization of past experience as well as a reference of past works. It can overcome some defaults in current knowledge processing system and promote system's capability of reasoning. Case-based reasoning's taking-apart craft of internal combustion locomotives is a practical application of the theory. The research is to develop new type internal combustion locomotive products in Luoyang locomotive factory. Some works was done as follows in this paper.Firstly, the paper analyzes theoretically the case-based reasoning, then studies the characters of taking-apart craft and presents the frame representation of locomotive taking-apart craft. After that, the paper studies the conformation method of the characters and the authority value of taking-apart craft in case-based reasoning and analyzes the assigning law of authority value. According to the law, the authority value of taking-apart craft of internal combustion locomotives is assigned.Secondly, the core of case-based reasoning is reference engine. According to the character and the knowledge representation method of taking-apart craft, the paper integrates the case reference engine and rule reference engine, presents the hybrid reference engine of case-based reasoning. According to the requirements of the reference engine and reference121, the knowledge-based indexing module and interpretation system about the taking-apart craft are constructed.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the method and structure of database that is used in case-based reasoning and presents that the cases and net structure of case library should be stored by chain method. The large case library of taking-apart craft of internal combustion locomotive is constructed.Fourthly, a program on taking-apart craft of internal combustion locomotive is written in c-H- language, a friendly interface is built, and the software works out ain taking-apart craft of internal combustion locomotive. The knowledge expression adapted by the system describes the taking-apart craft in detail and the reference engine is effective. It's convenient to construct the functional module and maintain the case library. The case-based reasoning's taking-apart craft system can be used in other equipment of mechanical engineering for reference.
