The Studies On The Planning And Design Of The Outside Environment Of Small Residential Area

The outside environment of small residential area is used with very high frequency in residents' daily residents' daily life, which produces direct effects on residents' daily behaviors and mental health. The outside environment is so close to residents' daily life that it necessarily became space paid attention to and idea home placed hope on. But there are many problems in the outside environment of small area in middle-sized and small cities. Basing on the above facts, the plan and design of the outside environment of small residential area was raised. During the plan and building of small residential area, designers, of small residential and personnel of small residential development must pay attention to the outside environment, and moreover, the outside environment which they produced should meet the residents' demands and should be benefit for the residents.There are several parts in this paper: At first, the concept and formation of the outside environment were set forth, research confines was limited, the sense of the research, the achievements of building houses, and the existent problems of the outside environment were analyzed. The principles and aims of the plan of the outside environment were expounded. Then, the key and gist of the plan of the outside environment was obtained, the key and gist include the residents' movement rules, the residents' requirements of the outside environment, the residents' relation of behavior and the function of the outside environment. The fine environment was designed by understanding, mastering and applying these rules. The plan and design of the outside environment are the major parts of this paper, the organizing of space environment, the plan and design of lawn, the plan and design of field and establishment were discussed. The organizing of space environment includes: organizing space in proper order, the field and security of space environment, the specific character of space environment. In the part of the plan and design of lawn, the function of lawn and the index of the plan, the technique of planning lawn were very important, so they were introduced in detail, children field and old peoples' field were welcomed, they were also introduced in detail. At last, it is the summary of whole paper, it point out that the plan and design of the outside environment of small residential area should be enriched and renovated with the change of the residents' demands, the designers should accept challenge of the new century with new idea, new method.
