Research On Heavy Load Pavement Structure Of Xuanda Expressway

The study of heavy load pavement structure is mainly in view of heavy traffic. To solve this problem that have to be settled urgently ,this subject integrating practical engineering of the XuanDa freeway design bymeans of investigation and analysis ,studying such aspects as load pattern .mechanism of fracture ,the conversion of load of axel,heavy paramerter,etc,systemly proposed the way of payment design.On the basis of analysis of number of axles,axle load ,the arrangement and interactly influence between axle and axle.and the proportion of axle load of at all levels,this paper put forward the standard to measure their damaged condition to pavement structure.So when the statistics analysis of traffic flow and load is fulfilled ,we can make further respectively reorganization of notes towards number of all kinds of vehicles ,number of axles ,permutation and combination of axles and the corresponding wheel axle load, to form composition of axle load of all kinds of vehicle ,that is to say the axle load spectrogram and convert of equiaivalent axle load on the basis of principle of equal effects,to participant the mechanics calcalation of pavement structure,On the basis of the equavivalent conversion principle of axle load ,that is ,the same pavement structure reach the same damaged condition under affect of different axle load,this paper calculte the conversion formula of axle load which is different affection number of axle load equvialently consersion into the number of stands axle load or appoint axle load ,by means of factors analysis of unit truck volume of traffic, this paper propose employing scheme that asphalt pavement structure compose and cement concrete pavement structure compose, in XuanDa freeway design ,The result can lengten the servive of pavement structure,improve the safety of driving vehicle,and is benefit to give full play to driving characteristics of transport vehicle.
