| As the rapid development of science and technology, the design of the three dimensions, inner formation and the measurement of tiny variable have been recognized more and more importantly. For the traditional three dimensional coordinate measuring machines are too complicate and huge to meet the need of quick measurement, the research on three dimensional measuring technology which is new, simple and convenient has been much more important.Based on the principle of light-pen mode non-track three dimensional coordinate measuring technology, the paper uses PSD as the photoelectric receiver and point light modulated by frequency to measure coordinates. According to the static experiment of one dimensional PSD, the restraint circuit of background light of PSD is improved and two dimensional measuring device is completed. Moreover the virtual instrument is employed as measuring platform to acquire and process data. The paper can be a reference of the three dimensional coordinate measurement.Due to the errors, the device isn't compared with coordinate measuring machine and needs perfecting. However, the device is much more flexible and can be applied to the occasions, such as the figure measurement of bodywork, where coordinate measuring machine isn't used. Anyway the device has expansive application prospect and deserves to be studied ulteriorly. |
