| The cooling of large-scale electrical equipment has troubled people for a long time. The traditional methods have many shortcomings, while phase-change cooling is a kind of novelty promising method. According to the study of this project , we discovered the perfluorotriethylamine, a environment-protection evaporative cooling agent, and carried through the research on the process of fabricating, thermal nature ,and heat exchange experiment on the evaporative cooling transformer model.Perfluorotriethylamine is a perfect evaporative cooling agent which possesses good chemical inertia, thermodynamic stability, electrical performance, innocuity and noncombustion. It is fabricated through electrochemical fluorination of triethylamine in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride under a certain condition. Electrochemical fluorination process may be divided three phases that have different characteristics. Furthermore, voltage, reaction temperature and amine mass concentration are important factor which effect electrolysis.Through the mass spectrum and chromatogram analysis of reaction production, we ascertain the reaction rate, improve the rate by succeeding reaction, and analyze the character of production.By analyzing the mechanism of boiling heat transfer and pool boiling, the model of evaporative cooling transformer, on which pool boiling heat transfer experiment has been finished, was designed and made. From the experimental study, we gained function curve of heat flux and surface excess temperature under the atmospheric pressure. It will provide the base of farther development in the future. The research provides a novelty way of developing a new type of cooling agent and evaporative cooling transformer, and has a certain theoretical and practical signification. |
