An intelligent dispatcher training system for restoration of power system is studied in this paper. An object-oriented knowledge-representation method of power network topology for System restoration is proposed, which can be used effectively for system restoration; A method for detecting the network islands after faults is used, which is based on the breadth-first searching technic. Genetic algorithm is successfully introduced to the restoration decision system. And a drawing plate for power system is developed, on which we can draw most of device in power system.
