The Research On High Performance Speed Regulation Equipment Based On TMS320LF2407 DSP

A high performance speed regulation equipment of induction motor with high speed current link based on DSP(Digital Signal Processor)TMS320F2407 is designed and IGBT is introduced in the paper. According to the new hardware requirement, this paper provides parts of ways to finish the functions, such as 3.3v power supply circuit protection circuit external analog input circuit and so on. At the same time the paper analysis the influence of improving current sampling speed for dead-time compensation and advancing the performance of equipment. The author designed and debugged all of experiment circuit and control software , the experiment is carried out with the load of a 1. 1KW AC induction motor, the result indicates that the design of the controller is reasonable and feasible , the static and dynamic performance of the system is excellent.
