| Container transport is one of the most advanced transport modes. Container terminal is the hub and node of container transport. Container loading & unloading relies heavily on STS and RTG cranes. The aim and the key content of terminal management is high efficiency N high quality and low cost. Because cranes are capital intensive N advanced and of high operation cost, their management is becoming more and more important. The paper discusses the maintenance cost and proper inspection of cranes to find the way of security > high efficiency and low cost and sum up the universal method.According to the crane management characteristics in both domestic and foreign terminals and with the thinking of how to find the key to calculate and reduce operation cost through analysis of maintenance composition, I put on the aim of maintenance analysis. This thesis defines the economical model of maintenance and how to make maintenance decision through the analysis of crane maintenance items; It also defines the most economical model of inspection period to determine crane inspection period. In view of above mentioned models I work out the crane planed inspection & maintenance items. At last, I discusses the economic effect of crane utilization ratio. I analyze the economic effect of crane management through the calculation of standard inspection & maintenance time and definition of related mathematics model. Finally, Ipropose two-dimensional evaluation index system of crane management. Finally, I also introduce development direction of maintenance management and maintenance tactics. I put forward my opinion about crane management mode reform under market economy. I think that expert diagnostic system model based on web database and maintenance based on risk is the development direction of crane maintenance. |
