The Development And Research Of Electronic Fuel Inject System For Four-stroke Motorcycle Engine

In this paper , a matching platform for a Model LH150 four stroke motorcycle engine is set up and a electronic fuel injection system is designed. The design of the electronic fuel injection system include the fuel supply system design , the intake pipe and throttle body design , the Electronic Control Unit(ECU) develop , the way to use sensor of the system and the means to deal with sensor signal. A matching system, which can adjust engine operate parameters real time and watch on the engine operation condition, is designed too to accelerate the engine matching process. At last, some control parameters of ECU have been found out by the matching system.
