With the development of the motorcycle market in China, the capability of motorcycle, especially of motor developed rapidly. But the issues about pollution discharge and consume are limiting the motorcycle market development. Now more and more people concern about the motorcycle electronic fuel injection technology for the lower discharge and lower consume.We set various of sensors in the motor, input the motor state parameter, like the air temperature, the motor temperature, the motor rotate speed, the solar term gate sate, the power and so on, to the electronic control cell, then it can control the electromagnetism fuel injection implement to begin, run and ignite with completing burning and purging in the motor electronic fuel injection system. Above all, the author cooperating with a Chongqing motorcycle company studied the motorcycle electronic fuel injection system.Basing on the theory and work characteristics, the author designed the system controlled by ECU with the cooperation of PC.In this design, ECU is used to collect the data and operate the controlling parameter, while PC is used to operate how to set the electronic fuel injection control parameter and match the table adjusting in the experiment and give the visible parameter of the motorcycle such as the real time curves of the motor rotate speed, the input air temperature, the motor temperature, the solar term gate sate, the power and so on.We can consummate the control parameter table constantly with PC that can be modified and debugged easily. After finishing the experiments and control parameter table, the control program was translated to the program of the monolithic processor MC68HC908 and integrated in the whole program. Then the motorcycle control system can run without the PC.This dissertation discusses the hardware and software design in detail. The motor rotate speed signal, one of the important control parameter, will change with the disturbing easily. In the dissertation. CPLD is used in the hardware as the digital filter of input rotate speed signal to insure the validity and stability of the rotate speed signal. The software includes the program of themonolithic processor and PC.For the project, the author finished the control of motor electronic fuel injection under any situation. The measure experiments prove that the fuel consuming rate decreases about 15%, the pollution discharge decreases about 18% with the invariable power. This system can be used in four-stroke engine by replanting and adjusting.
