The Study Of Project Management In Electric Power Construction And It's Computer-Aided Realization

In order to realize the scientific and modernized management during electric power construction, this paper has been studied about how to customize a set of software which was applied to electric power project on the basis of Project 2000 according to the theory of project management.Based on practical engineering experience, a suit of template for project scheduling system including the commonness of different engineerings has been customized. In addition, some special functions have been added to it. They are the updating of the completion of tasks, the relationship with the construction ration, data exchange between the scheduling system and the layout system of the drawings and the picturing of the earned curve, etc. Besides, the project database has been designed in accordance with the theory and criterion for database design. This database is the core of project management and information management, realizing data exchang among the scheduling system, the layout system of the drawings and the information management system on site.In the end, an evaluation system has been developed according to the cascade analytical method in order to make a scientific evaluation to the construction scheme, the project scheduling and the layout system of the drawings.An instance was given to verify the feasibility of this system.
