Cost management is an extremely important link in the construction process of a construction project.However,due to the many links required to construct a construction project,the process is complicated,and the cost is cumbersome,many companies have no effective method for cost management.There will be some difficulties in cost management.The effectiveness of the cost management method is directly related to whether the enterprise can profit on the project.Project practice has proved that if enterprises want to save costs and increase the chances of project profitability,they must implement effective cost management.This thesis takes the construction project of CJ Group as the research object.By consulting the literature,it summarizes several key factors that currently affect the cost of construction projects.Combining the actual situation of CJ Group’s project cost management and the theoretical analysis of cost factors,It was found that the company currently has several major problems such as unclear division of construction management responsibilities,incomplete budget preparation,cost control system not playing a good role,and cost control out of schedule control.By combing the principles and common methods of project cost control,it is found that the earned value theory has a good applicability to the current problems of the CJ Group’s construction project cost management,and the earned value theory simulation is applied to the Y project completed by the group The project cost and schedule establish earned value parameters for analysis,find out the real factors that affect the project cost during the construction phase,and compare how much space the project cost can save before and after using the earned value method.Based on theoretical research and practical engineering case analysis,this thesis makes specific calculations and analysis of CJ Group ’s construction projects.The purpose is to encourage companies to better manage project costs and anticipate effective cost management.Reduce the controllable cost of the project,minimize the cost of the project,improve the profitability of the enterprise,and further improve the market competitiveness.
