This paper introduces a numerical control system of hydraulic proportional feed. It is designed to mainly discuss computer control technique that is applied in hydraulic proportional system, especially in hand of feed.With the development of computer hardware and software, the degree of industrial automation becomes higher and higher, the function of a great variety of system becomes more and more perfect. In order to keep pace of the trend of integrating the electric-mechanic-hydraulic, hydraulic technique that is very important in national economy is integrating with not only machine but also electron to improve performance of operation and control of a system. Data acquisition theory and its application is an important branch in which computer technique is applied into industrial control field. The quality of data acquisition affects directly performance of the control system. In modern industry, not only fine static state characteristic but also steady dynamic characteristic is required to realize excellent performance of system. Some control arithmetic is adopted in term of system requirement to improve dynamic characteristic of system.First, the hydraulic proportional system involved in this paper is analyzed in theory and corresponding arithmetic is built. The system that belongs to big closed loop system need prove or judge it steadiness according to modern control system. Second, PID arithmetic that is proved to be mature and have excellent performance by practical application is adopted to deal with various problems which hydraulic proportional system could meet with. In practical control, data acquisition & control card made by Advantech Co., Ltd acts as key element to deal data. This hydraulic-mechanic system integrates the computer technique, hydraulic proportional control and data acquisition technique. It is a new, advanced and integrated automatic system.
