The original test equipment for FESTO test-bed in laboratory are the multimeter and sensors. When detected electric-hydraulic proportional valve control circuit,it can not be displayed the change process of parameters(pressure,flow,etc.)and it can not display simultaneously some parameters.Data can not be stored,the experimental results can only be write on the experimental table by hand after reading from the multimeter.The test is not only inefficient,but also has large experimental error.The computer detection system developed at the original equipment is used Lab VIEW7.1 as software platform.It achieved hydraulic components and system testing and fault diagnosis by a full-featured,easy to operate,reliable performance,low-cost and new virtual instrument.It can meet the teaching requirements.It has many advantages comparing with testing by hand using multimeter.This paper introduces the virtual instrument in the hydraulic test system in brief,describes in detail the overall program issues,computer hardware detection system,software programming,solves the hydraulic proportional control loop structures,hardware and software selection,hardware and software connector,deals with signal interference,sensor calibration,software design,verifying the accuracy and rectification of the test system and so on.The detection system has a powerful signal processing function and expresses information diversely.It has a friendly man-machine interface,a better real-time,high accuracy and achieved good results in practice.
