Fatigue load-spectrum is the load-time course of being handled. It describes the load statistics nature of structure members all kinds of loading conditions, and determines the statistic relation between load and frequency by help of the probability and statistics. Therefore, fatigue load-spectrum is important foundation in designing members on fatigue, estimating fatigue life and imitating fatigue tests, calculating and analysis strength and reliability designing etc. This paper looks back the development history of fatigue and discusses the load-spectrum research trends at each branch. "The Expert System on Fatigue Load-spectrum" is developed on base of WJFLS in documents[3] and modified parts of parameters . Combined the advantages in drawing, interface and the dialog between person and computer of Visual Basic with the advantages in calculation of FORTRAN, designers can calculate fatigue by FORTRAN and draw in compiling charts by Visual Basic in order to visualize input of data and drawing: with the help of the computer, we can draw the load-time course, accumulative frequency chart, compile charts and prove the correction of the program. The graphic user interface (GUI) makes it learn easier and use simpler. It makes the calculating process "foolproof and user may carry out the appointed operations only clicking the "menu", not but keying-in the complicated orders or inputting the corresponding data according to the usable directions. The "Visualize Program on Fatigue load-spectrum in Grid Structure" in this paper will provide important references in establishing the calculating method of varied-amplitude fatigue in "Specification for Design and Construction of Grid Structure ".
