The Research And Design Of Quality Management System Of The Expressway

With the rapid development of the expressway construction in my country, the government invests more and more in the basic facilities of traffic and transportation. It is a problem how to promote the expressway construction in a fast and effective way under the condition of ensuring project quality. Because the expressway construction has the traits: the long construction period and many effect factors, it is hard to manage and control the quality of project. At the same time many projects are involved in the expressway construction, so a lot of data are concerned in the course of the quality management accordingly. But traditional pattern of artificial process can't satisfy with the requirement of rapid development of expressway construction, and seriously restrict the efficiency of the expressway construction at present. It lead to the result that the quality management can't keep up with the step of construction, and all kind of plans can't be drawn up in time. When the technology of computer rapidly develops and computer involves in all kind of the aspects of the life, it is necessary to design the software of the quality management of the expressway construction in order to promote the development of the expressway construction.This thesis firstly introduces the theory of system design about how to design the quality estimation of expressway project in detail, and describes the analysis of function of the system and the relation between the modules. The analysis of function can reduce the complexity of system, make the function of every module clear, and supply the base for the future design.It is indispensable to make use of the database in order to save all kind of data in the efficient and reasonable way, which are involved during the quality estimation. The thesis introduces the theory of database design, and combined with the practical engineering, list all kind of data in unit project^ departmental project and item project. According to the pattern of saving of access database management system, every field and keyword in every table is listed. At the meantime the reasons of designing the table are described, comparing one scheme with another. On the method of build up the new database, one scheme is compared with another in order to deal with the superiority of copying the template of database.After dealing with the scheme of system design, every interface of the system is introduced in detail, and the work course of every interface is described, and the attribute and method of related controls in every interface are listed, and a part of code is attached.At last, combined with the practical project: Yang Jia Wan 1# bridge , which locate in K376+969 of the Xiang Wu section in Xiang Shi expressway, the analysis and establishment of the unit project departmental project and item project are described. The course of the quality estimation and exporting the report about these projects are introduced. The availability and facility of this system is embodied.The design of the quality evaluation system of the expressway will take the place of the pattern of artificial process in the course of quality management to some degree, and make workers out of the difficult job of dealing with data. At the same time, the system also can improve the efficiency of the expressway construction, and provide the evidence and assurance for the seasonable determination of quality scheme.
