Study On The Problems And Improvement Strategies Of C Expressway Maintenance Project Management

In recent years,the rapid development of highway construction in China,in order to ensure the quality of traffic,highway maintenance project management has become increasingly important.It is of great significance to strengthen the maintenance project management to enhance the competitiveness of the expressway company and improve the service quality.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to use modern management methods in highway maintenance project management.In this paper,through the analysis of the status quo of C highway maintenance project management,pointed out that the C Expressway Co.,Ltd.in the maintenance project management problems.Mainly include the uneven level of management personnel,the lack of a sound quality management system of highway maintenance engineering,maintenance of the interests of the construction unit can not be guaranteed,the government's poor maintenance of highway maintenance.Aiming at these four problems,under the guidance of modern management theory,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.First of all,improve the performance management of C Expressway Co.,Ltd.,using the key performance indicators(KPI)for staff assessment,improve the level of maintenance personnel.Secondly,the application of total quality management in maintenance engineering,the establishment of a standardized quality management system.Thirdly,improve the management of bidding procedures to curb the malicious competition of construction units.Finally,the results of the implementation of the above measures are analyzed,according to the comparison of data before and after the implementation of the measures,improve the performance management and the application of comprehensive quality management and perfect the bidding procedures are conducive to promoting the maintenance project management scientific conclusion.At the same time,it also believes that the government should further strengthen the supervision of the project,to provide a binding force for the maintenance project management.
