At the present stage our country enterprise of ISO9001 quality system stable cross utility is too strong,with the sole purpose,through a third party certification at the same time inorder to in the most convenient way through a third party certification bodies audit certification certificate,focus on the document of conformity of the standard,not really achieve the standard requirements and organizational characteristics of fusion,resulting in known as "two skin" phenomenon,establishing the system and the actual operation,so the ISO9001 quality management system in highway electromechanical project construction in theory and practice significance is very important.In order to achieve the in-depth analysis of the above content,this paper USES a variety of research methods to perfect the research of this paper,mainly through case study and finally formed the research content as follows: on the issue of quality management,first determine the is for an enterprise to implement the ISO quality certification,is the ability to improve enterprise product quality or service quality.Study the application of ISO9001 is the second phase,from the summary of ISO9001:2015 quality management system requirements relative to the 2008 version of the standard analysis,the main changes and tieling to benxi section of a highway electromechanical project quality management system in practice(hereinafter referred to as the "iron the mechanical and electrical project"),through this paper expounds the present situation of quality management system,iron the mechanical and electrical project including company profile,the current situation of the quality management system and operation,recycling questionnaire and in-depth interview method,fundamentally mining iron this mechanical and electrical project currently existing problems and reasons in terms of quality management system analysis.The second chapter summarizes the problems existing in the current project,and the third chapter puts forward the overall improvement scheme based on ISO9001 standard.In this paper,the fourth chapter will iron the quality of mechanical and electrical project management process is defined as the construction preparation stage,the stage of equipment manufacturing,procurement and transportation,installation and completed the debugging phase four parts,due to the quality management system theory knowledge is too complex,this article will only point the risk of each stage as this phase the object of study and analysis of the key.Through the implementation of ISO9001:2015 edition management system,based on the empirical research results,this paper summarizes the practical significance of ISO9001 quality relationship system in the construction of expressway mechanical and electrical projects,and puts forward the direction of the next step.
