In recent years,the state has given strong support in the construction of traffic roads,increasing investment,many large-scale,large-scale national highway construction gradually outsourced.In such a development environment,there has been a huge contradiction between the compression of market demand and excess capacity,and this trend continues.At present,many state-owned enterprises have entered a critical period of structural reform,which requires construction units and management to focus on market-oriented management,improve the degree of management specialization,in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.From the micro level,the quality management in the construction of service area is related to the core competitiveness of the construction unit.Only when the management mode is scientific and appropriate can the enterprise stand firm in the competition.At the same time,it is also the necessary condition to consolidate the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.From the macro level,traffic road construction belongs to public goods,highway construction quality is the national infrastructure construction level and comprehensive strength of the embodiment.However,with the rapid development of expressway construction in China,there are many problems in the construction management and facilities application,among which the quality problems are the majority.Based on the theory of project quality management,this paper discusses the effective measures of quality management according to the construction of Liwen high-speed service area.This paper analyzes the existing problems of project quality management in high-speed construction,finds out the root of the problems from the aspects of management mode,technical level,economic benefits,contract execution,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The concrete implementation measures are tested to evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility.In the construction of Liwen high-speed A service area,ISO9000 quality system accreditation standard should be introduced,quality management should be introduced at all stages before,during and after the construction of the project,and quality management should be strengthened for key links in order to eliminate the management blind area and realize the whole-process and all-stage quality management.Through the quality management practice of Liwen high-speed A service area,it is helpful to the quality management of similar projects and improve the practical value of this research.
