Rice mill industry is the important component of our national provision Industry. Rice mill is one of the master machines of the art factitious machine. The output are required that the rice surface is ganoids, the fractional rice, rice bran , rice sugar and grain is the minimum, the machine are required highly efficiency. In order to adjust the request, the major problem is that, the dynamic balancing of the Rice mill shaft is not resolved. Rice mill shaft as the important component of the machine, have some original not dynamic balancing on its complicated structure. It leads to the machine become more vibration, yawp, abrasion, shortening parts" life and low precision. So based on the kinetic analysis of the Rice mill shaft, to resolve the dynamic balancing problem, it has very important theory and practicality signification for the rice mill manufacturing.In this paper, there are introducing the analysis and calculate of the rotor vibration theory. The shaft kinetic analysis of PM15-GM (Rice mill) is done by ANSYS 5.7, its structural dynamic character and vibration state is calculated. In allusion to the default that the bearing life is shorten during using, it is specially researched to the bearing life calculation theory and the method which is to increase the bearing life. On the other hand, the reducing theory by dynamic balancing anti-coupling principle is researched in the page.At last, this paper analysis the dynamic balancing, technics of the rice mill shafts.
