This dissertation mostly focuses on the theme:the theory study of lateral stiffness of special-shaped column and application on internal force and displacement of special-shaped column frame structure. And getting two formulas:(1) Story lateral stiffness of special-shaped column frame structure.(2) Element stiffness matrix of special-shaped column.Internal force and displacement analysis is an important step of structure design,and it is foundation of structure analysis. The special-shaped column frame structure,as a new structure system,internal force and displacement are different from that of the rectangular column structure. Based on the behavior of special-shaped column,this dissertation deduce story lateral stiffness and element stiffness. The process include three aspects:(1) From " story shear model",the story lateral stiffness is deduced,and compared with the rectangular column frame structure.(2)From " space beam element model",element stiffness matrix is deduced,and compared with the rectangular column element.(3)Based on the element stifmess matrix,the program of internal force and displacement analysis is workouted.
