With the penetration of Chinese electrical power system reform and China's successful entry into the WTO,a new kind of electrical power industry administration system which is fitted for the requirement of market economy and the characters of electrical power production is being set up gradually,the electrical power system is undergoing a transformation from seller's market to buyer's market,and at the same time the electrical power enterprises are in the face of fierce challenge. Therefore,it is very necessary that the electrical power system should set up standard modern enterprise system,decrease numbers of personnel,increase efficiency,improve working productivity,enhance administration level,strengthen information feedback,and enhance accuracy of decision-making,in order to adapt to the requirement of market economy and the characters of electrical power production. And there is a short cut to realize all these. That is to set up an administration information system in electrical power enterprises by using the comparatively developed and popularized computer network technology,the full-blown database technology and the efficient software engineering method. Thereby,information administration can be realized in enterprises.This thesis focuses on the design and realization of circuitry management information system in production management information system of Dongxing Power Supplying Bureau. First,the present condition of circuitry administration in Dongxing Power Supplying Bureau is analyzed. Aiming at the characteristic of circuitry administration and the shortages of present administration,a careful and embedded analysis is made on the requirement of present system. Then,the system structure is decided. Following that,the thesis expounds the design of circuitry files administration,circuitry operation administration and circuitry inquiry statistics in detail. Through the comparison of kinds of database,Microsoft SQL Server 2000 is decided as the platform of this design. In this thesis,the structure lists of all the forms which are needed when setting up database are introduced. What's more,the thesis also introduces the choice of operating system and network environment from the sides of hardware and software. At last,taking thecircuitry charts auto generation part as an example,the thesis expatiates on the compilation of program code. The compilation of program adopts the object- oriented method and the developing language is Dephi6.0 of Borland Company.This management circuitry information system has been launched into operation in the areas administrated by Dongxing Power Supplying Bureau and now in a good operating condition. The system can fulfill the circuitry administration requirement of this bureau and the design target.
