Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB) is a new technique of high-efficiency, low-pollution and clean combustion developed in recent years in the world, which has so many advantages such as extensive adaption of fuels, good performance of load adjustment and so on that is popularized in commerce internationally. Because of complication of the flowing system of CFB boiler, if.; more complicated to configure the fan and it consumes more electricity comparing with the coal powder furnace. In order to reduce the rate of consuming energy by itself and promote the economy so as to enhance it's competition in the market, this paper mainly optimizes the flowing system of CFB, studies concretely the structures of primary and secondary air, the source of returning stuff system so as to configure reasonably the types of inlet air and blowing system.The basic air sources of blowing system of CFB are primary air, secondary air, returning-stuff air and coal-feeding air. The primary air enters the bottom of the boiler via air-breaking board to make the stuff vulcanize. The fuels and the desulfurizer are sent into the bottom-of the hearth, and surrounded by the stuffs with high temperature, then fire quickly and decompose. The secondary air flows into the middle and bottom of thehearth to complement the air amount of the area of the suspending. The stuff leaving out of the hearth and most of the coal granule not burned entirely are separated by the segregator and returned to the bottom of the hearth to burn circularly. After the dust in the soot is removed, the soot is ejected by the fan. The whole process is very complicated, and it consumes much more energy itself, so it is a key to optimize the flowing system to reduce the consumption and run economically.Pointing to the structure of CFB and the burning system, this paper studies deeply the relation between the needful air amount of CFB burning and the realization of CFB structure, and obtains the theoretical proof to optimize the flowing design, investigates the current running positions of flowing system, and puts forward the optimal and improved design of flowing system and then makes a series of engineering experiments, obtains many satisfying results, which shows that the optimal scheme is feasible.
