The stack and spontaneous combustion of coal-shale not only wastes a great deal of ground, but also polluts air and groundwater. Solid brick made of clay may destroy vegetation and occupy infield,further more the strength and heat preservation capability of it is not as good as air brick. For these reasons,air brick takes place of clay solid brick can not avoid. But the product line's parameter of air brick can not be control easily, especially when it needs to be adjusted frequently, also the traditional control system can not satisfy the product demands.To settle the problems that existing in the product of air brick, the supervisor-control system based on LabVIEW is put forward. The LabVIEW studio and the data acquisition card of NI company are used to design the product flow control module and the parameter acquisition module. The product flow control module offers two modes, manual mode and auto mode. The parameter acquisition module includes three subprograms, the weight and smash granularity measurement of raw material, the controller of kiln temperature. With cross-call of the two modules, we can obtain real time supervisor-control system. The accomplishment of the system will make real-time supervisor-control into realize, thereby to enhance product quality, cut down costing and heighten productivity, further more the company will benefit from it.
