A high accuracy elemnet method (HCEM) is presented to analy the frame-core tube structure with strengthened stories in this paper.In order to reduce the lateral displacement,strengthened stories are planed in proper stories in design.currently, the linear elastic thin wall bar is the main analysis method applied to analy the frame-core tube structure with strengthened stories.The method simplies the construct so much that it is very simply in caculation.But ,meanwhile,the caculation accuracy is not enough for design.So the finite element method will be applied to the mechanic analysis in this paper.In order to solve the connection between the beanu collumn elements of outer frame and the plane elements of shear wall.The paper introduces the concept on the rotational degree of freedom of the continous mechanics .We construct the eight -node plane elements with the rotational degree of freedom on the base of the common eight-node plane elements.The elements and the common eight-node plane elements have the same element character and accuracy.The paper analies the inner force of the frame-core tube structure with strengthened stories and derives the formula of dynamic analysis.Finally,several example are given to demonstrate that the lateral diplacement has reduced greatly after strengthened stories are planed,and the accuracy of caculation is very high.HCEM is proved to be a high accuracy and effective method.
