Structure Behavior Analysis And Strengthen Of Some Sintering Workshop

Nowadays, reinforced concrete structure is still principal part in industrial workshop of our country, because of kinds of factors, such as natural environment, using environment, initial absence, earthquake and so on, it appears lots of phenomenon, for instance, a great deal of dangerous buildings, many collapse accidents and plenty of rebuild buildings. Based on the situation mentioned above, author analyze the reliability of existed building practically and offer some proportions for rebuilding, strengthing and maintaining of workshop.This paper mainly researches dilapidation condition of beam, slab and column, distributing and size of crack, joint of beam and column, joint of beam and slab, the load distributing condition of beam, sheet and column through general investigation of beam, broad and column, accessorial system, maintenance structure of frame structure of someone workshop. The concrete strength of some beam, slab and column, carbonization depth and deformation of elements are mainly checked-up. Based on checking preferences and regulations in-use, analysis and calculation for frame are done inthis paper, strengthing design and implements for the lacking of the capability members are also abopted. Furmore, urgent measures are taken for some members which have been in failure state in general investigation, and defended measures are adopted for members which have serious or having large crack width and height flaw in order to prevent the crack development. Finally, some methods and proportions are put forward according to investigation studies.
